Miss Hong Kong 2007

Miss Hong Kong 2007 has come out last night. Finally Kayi Cheung(张嘉儿) won the title of 2007 Miss Hong Kong.Then the 1st runner-up is Grace Wong(王君馨) and 2nd runner-up is Lorretta Chow(周美欣). Grace is this year Miss Photogenic.But I don't like her.I like Lorretta since the pagent start but too bad she only get 2nd runner-up.And the champion..Most of the media saying that she is the 'black horse' cause no one believe that she can win.Some media says that the result is out of expected,KaYi is the 'uglest' Miss Hong Kong bla bla bla...

I still d/l the the tv version.But when I looked at the photos.I feel that TVB make good effort of it.It is 1st time they held in 红馆(Sorry,I don't know what the place called in English.And,I also not remember is it the 1st time they held in other places).This year has few interesting performances,like Raymond Lam(林峰) dance with Kate Tsui(徐子珊),and also 10 ex-Miss Hong Kong. And not forget,the judges this year also interesting.Moses Chan(陈豪),Charlie Yeung(杨采妮),even Mike Ho(贺军翔) from Taiwan also as the judges for the Miss Photogenic.And the official judges also all have the high reputation,like Loletta Chu(朱玲玲,people always say that she is the MOST REPRESENTATIVE of Miss Hong Kong)

Although the pagent looks like more interesting year by year,the contestants' standards seems run the opposite way.I really feel that the contestants' standard getting lower.Maybe they still need sometimes.Looked back to few popular female artists' photos which are taken when the time they still in the pagent,they really look very different if compared to now.The good example are Maggie Cheung,Shermaine Sheh,Ada Choi,Kate Tsui.If you see their old photo before then will know what I am talking about here.If you can't find the photo,can ask me.I have many photo about them.

Oh ya,I found somethings special in Miss HK history.I found that there is contestant called '嘉欣'(jia xin) almost in every year.Maybe is because Michele Lee(李嘉欣) won the title in 1988.Then she make many parents think that girl with this name will grow u beautifully,so just called their daughter '嘉欣'.This only what I guess.(Actually there is a case from people around me.^^) And there is another name quite hot in the Miss HK history---'诗韵'(shi yun, my chinese name).For example,Gisela Yu(余诗韵,top 20 in year 2002), Serena Lee(李诗韵,Miss Photogenic in year 2003) and Sharon Luk(陆诗韵,1st runner-up in year 2005)..wahaha...Surprised that I know many thing about Miss Hk??? These '诗韵' get better result...since top 20--->miss photogenic till 1st runner-up.I wonder that will there another '诗韵' will win the title in the future???^^
