This whole week I talk the 'Bak Kut Teh' always if you notice.Yesterday ate once in Doris's home but today still decided to cook Bak Kut Teh at home.I remember last time mummy used the A1 Bak Kut Teh but I can't find it here.Last time we also used another brand of spices but still can't taste almost with the taste in M'sia.Maybe that time we did not put enough of ingredients or that's Teoh Chew style(it's Hokkien style in Klang).But luckily I found A1 Bak Kut Teh species last Friday!!!
We just put the pork ribs,Chinese mushrooms and spices into a pot and cooked.After half hour,it's cooked.So convenience,and taste Fantastic!!!Finally can taste the 'home taste' Bak Kut Teh(Of course still not good as those in Klang),right???Feel very satisfy after this....
When is our NEXT???^^
